CORALIA is the most ambitious mixed-use development on the Santo Domingo East waterfront and is designed to be the tallest skyscraper in the Caribbean. Developed by Noval Properties and built by China Harbour Engineering Company, the master plan integrates seven towers—six residential condo-hotel towers and one dedicated hotel tower—spanning 50 levels and exceeding 200 meters in height, comprising a total of 3,372 apartments and 243 hotel rooms. The project operates under the “Branded Residences” concept: it will be managed by a luxury international hotel brand, offering hotel-style services in every residence, professional rental management, and global operational standards. The offering includes studios and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from 35 m² to 82 m², as well as penthouses of approximately 270 m² featuring private pools. The complex is rounded out by a convention center with a 6,000-person capacity, a gourmet food market, over 30 resort-style amenities, and more than 4,500 underground parking spaces.
